Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Getting extremely disappointed in time of delivery and lack of information regarding tracking. When we are forced to order through a distributor we should not have to wait 17/18 days on products that should be on hand. The last year has been terrible with Grimco. When I first came on board I would be sent my items ASAP. Now it seems pretty much anything I order is never in stock and has to be shipped direct from the manufacturer. So instead of getting it next day or in 2 days it’s now several days. Tracking info is never accurate at all. I never have any idea of what I am getting and when I am getting it.
