Rated 5 out of 5 by from Matisse Banner Stand We have always had good success with offering the Matisse Banner Stand to our customers. Easy for them to use. Easy to replace the graphic. And generally built better than a competitors counterpart.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well built, adjustable frame These frames are well built. They are different than previous frames we have ordered in that they are adjustable for height. This is OK but can be more difficult to set up since you have to tighten the prop rod each time you set it up at the desired height and since you cant see the print side at the same time, it takes a little more time. I also am not sure how I like the spring loaded locking pin. If the frame is jarred or vibrates in transit, I am concerned about the pin engaging in the roller bar and locking the banner in the frame. Those are the concerns I have, but other than that, after figuring out the setup of the frame, I think they will work good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Matisse banner stand I don't like what the banner bag came with Artistic displays logo, and without instructions to assembly the printing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK Banner Stand for the Price This banner stand seems to be pretty well made, but more difficult to install than a similar product I was getting from another supplier. The biggest issue is the instructions are very poorly written and I also had an issue with the tension have to be retightened. It took a while to figure out that the adhesive mounting strip slides out on one side. The instructions don't show that.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok Unit, Several issues with it Not a big fan of this unit, There are several issues we have with this model. (1) The Locking pin snaps closed too easily preventing the graphic from moving, meaning you have to take the end cap off and pull that pin in order to extend or retract the graphic in and out of the unit. Most people that use these units at trade shows do not have the time, nor the tools to disassemble the unit to use their Banner Stand. (2) The Supplied plastic rail to attach the graphic into the unit also makes changing the graphics more challenging than some other units as the adhesive on the rail will not remove easily or cleanly from the banner. (3) The Retractable Pole is very touchy to get locked in place. There is no indication on the pole as to which way to turn to tighten/loosen. It is also very easy to over tighten and strip the mechanism, therefore making the stand useless. Attached are pictures of a work around that we've done to help the end user of these banner stands deal with the touchy Locking pin. (4) At the Price point, there are better units out there. These used to be more affordable, but the price has doubled this year, making the switch to a competing product more likely.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mis Information! We have used many of these in the past, and they accommodated a 33.5" wide banner. We recently purchased (2) and they are only 32" wide and the specs clearly say printed area 33.5". Grimco needs to get this misinformation corrected. Returning the (2) we recently ordered and looking for another vendor.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing We found the stand challenging to assemble. The tension switch is easy to engage, causing the unit to release its tension. Customers and employees have accidentally engaged the switch. At this price point there are better units out there.
